Product warranties and care instructions

To register and activate your warranty, please complete the registration form. This information is strictly for Metro Performance Glass and its subsidiaries' use and will not be given or sold to any other party. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please read carefully our care and maintenance instructions attached to your warranty registration email. The product warranty is conditional on good care and maintenance being followed as per instructions.

CONDITIONS

  • All Metro Performance Glass products must be maintained as per the care instructions to validate and maintain the warranty.

  • If, within the warranty period, you feel that your glass may have a fabrication defect or issue, contact your local branch and provide a brief explanation of the problem along with your name, address, telephone number, date of installation and invoice number.

  • Metro Performance Glass reserves the right to inspect the glass to determine that the product has been maintained in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions.
