To qualify you must accept your retrofit double glazing quote within the promotional period. There is no cashback, the free upgrade and the 5% discount will be applied against your quote when you accept it.
If you have already accepted a retrofit double glazing quote without the offer applied - unfortunately, we cannot reverse the accepted transaction or job.

Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to customers who have received a retrofit double glazing quote from our RetroFit by Metro Glass branch.
Offer details: Customers who accept their quote within March 2026 (1st March – 31st March 2026) Will get a Free upgrade - You choose which one! You can choose one option of either; Pay for Plus Low E Double Glazing and get Max Low E or Pay for Max Low E Double Glazing and get Xcel Low E. You will also get 5% off your total retail quote plus you get the option of 12 months interest free directly with us.
12 Months interest free terms with us:
Eligibility: Offer is available to residential customers purchasing retrofit double glazing from Retrofit Double Glazing by Metro Glass. Offer applies to quotes accepted within the promotional period (1 - 31 March 2026).
Interest free payment terms: Payments are made directly to us over a 12 month period. No finance companies are involved. No credit checks are required. Payments of 25% are split quarterly throughout the year. The first 25% payment is required as a deposit for accepting your quote.
Payment method: Payments must be made via internet bank transfer, credit card or you can come into a branch and pay via credit card.
Late or missed payments: If a payment is missed, the remaining balance may become payable immediately. We reserve the right to remove interest free terms if payments are repeatedly missed.
A minimum spend of $5,000 applies for this offer.
Exclusions: The free upgrade excludes the following products (Xtreme Low E Double Glazing, SunX Grey Low E Double Glazing and SunX Reflect Low E Double Glazing).
