Promotion period & eligibility
This promotion runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 August 2026.
To qualify, customers must accept their retrofit double glazing quote within the promotional period.
A minimum spend of $5,000 applies.
This offer is available to residential (consumer) customers only and excludes trade and commercial customers.
Promotion offer:
The promotion is defined as: Get up to $2,500 cashback OR a free glass upgrade, plus 12 months interest free directly with Metro Glass.
Customers may choose one option either the cash back or free glass upgrade (they cannot be combined):
Cashback option - Tiered spend structure
Cashback is calculated based on the total value of the accepted retrofit quote.
Cashback is applied as a discount to the quote, not paid separately.
Tiered cashback levels:
Spend $5,000 – Save $750
Spend $10,000 – Save $1,500
Spend $15,000 – Save $2,250
Spend $20,000 – Save $3,000
For over $20,000 discounts will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Free Glass upgrade option
As an alternative to cashback, customers may choose a free glass upgrade:
Pay for Plus Low E Double Glazing and receive Max Low E, or
Pay for Max Low E Double Glazing and receive Xcel Low E
Only one upgrade option may be selected per job.
12 Months interest free direct with Metro Glass
This offer is available only for residential customers purchasing retrofit double glazing from Retrofit Double Glazing by Metro Glass.
The interest free offer applies to quotes accepted during the promotional period (1 April – 31 August 2026).
Payment terms
Payments are made directly to Metro Glass over 12 months.
No finance companies are involved, and no credit checks are required.
Payments are split into four equal instalments of 25%, paid quarterly.
A 25% deposit is required at the time the quote is accepted.
Payment methods
Payments can be made by:
Internet bank transfer
Credit card over the phone
Credit card or EFTPOS payment at a Metro Glass branch
Late or missed payments
If a scheduled payment is missed, the remaining balance may become payable immediately.
Metro Glass reserves the right to withdraw the interest free terms if payments are repeatedly missed.

Customers must quote the promotional code WINTER2026 to receive this offer.
Existing quotes and accepted jobs
If a retrofit quote has already been accepted without this promotion applied, the promotion cannot be applied retrospectively or reversed.
If a quote has been issued but not yet accepted, or is currently in progress, customers should contact their local Retrofit Consultant and quote WINTER2026. The promotion can be applied provided the quote is accepted within the promotional period.
Retrofit's deferred payment method
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1st Instalment: 25% deposit upon sign up
The first instalment is a 25% deposit submitted together with the signed acceptance by post, email or visiting your local branch.
Once the 25% deposit has been cleared, we will call you to schedule a time to conduct a final measure at the property provided for the windows and doors specified and order the materials. Accepted orders are scheduled consecutively upon the receipt of deposit payments.
2nd Instalment: 25% installation payment
The next 25% is a payment for the practical completion of the job. This payment should be received within seven (7) days of the invoice date. The Tax Invoice will be issued as soon as possible following the day of the practical completion of the double glazing installation.
3rd Instalment: 50% balance
The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days from the invoice date issued after practical completion.
Practical Completion - It means that at least 80% of the installation is at a stage where the insulated glazed units (IGU) or double glazes units (DGU) installed are functional and can be used effectively by the customer for their intended purpose, despite certain non-critical or aesthetic features that are yet to be completed or minor omissions or imperfections that are yet to be rectified.
6 Months interest free*
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*Minimum spend of $5,000 applies. Standard Interest Rate of 28.50% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF Interest Free Period.
